Day 01: Cochin / Ernakulam

Arrive Cochin airport / railway station & you will be transferred to your hotel. Check in to your hotel & after lunch proceed for a local sightseeing tour of at Cochin which covers important sights such as Jewish Synorgue, Chinese Fishing Nets, Fort of Cochin, Museum, etc . Rest of the day is at leisure for shopping at M. G. Road- Ernakulam. Overnight at Ernakulam.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar (130 kms / 04 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Munnar – a beautiful hill station situated at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level. Arrive Munnar & check in to your hotel. Munnar offers spectacular views of the Craggy Peaks , Manicured Tea Estates, Picturesque towns and Winding Lanes. Its beauty is further enhanced by great black roads that thrust upwards suddenly from amidst the thick vegetation. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at Munnar.

Day 03: Munnar

After breakfast, proceed for a full day tour of Munnar , covering the Top Station , M attuputty Dam (where you can enjoy boating at your own cost) , the Echo point & Tata Tea Estates around Munnar. After lunch proceed for the latter part of your excursion which includes Raj Malai Wildlife – famous for the sighting of the Nilgiri Thar, an endangered species of wild goat. Overnight at Munnar.

Day 04: Munnar

After breakfast, the day is at leisure for you to explore this enchanting hill station on your own. Enjoy Cycling, Trekking and Roaming along the small winding roads of Munnar. Overnight at Munnar.

Day 05: Munnar - Thekkady (110 kms / 3.5 hrs)

After breakfast, depart for Thekkady. Arrive Thekkady & check in to your hotel. Thekkady is one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries of the country and a dream destination. It is a pleasant heaven on earth for those who love nature in its wild manifestations. Travel by boat to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary - a Tiger reserve. The greatest attraction of Periyar remains the large herds of wild elephants that come down to the lake's edge. Evening visit The Spice Gardens (if time permits) . Other then cardamom plantations one can see coffee, pepper and rubber plantations . Late evening we return to the hotel. Overnight at Thekkady.

Day 06: Thekkady - Kumarakom (140 kms / 4.5 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Kumarakom which is also known as The Venice of the East . This beautiful backwater spot slumbers by the Vembanad Lake . The scenery flashes up vivid contrasts of breath taking greens and deep blues. Arrive & check in to your hotel. Later proceed on a boat cruise on the backwaters (at your own) . As the boat glides along the backwaters, the gorgeous green of the fringed palms ripples into the blue waters and blends into wavelets. You can also avail of the famous Kerala Ayurvedic massage at the hotel (At your own cost) . Overnight at Kumarakom.

Day 07: Kumarakom

After breakfast explore the beautiful town named Kumara. Kumara is situated in the hills and surrounded by some of the most fertile and beautiful scenery with serene palm-fringed backwaters on the west and the Western Ghats on the east. The backwater tour is the main attraction of Kumarakom by which you can experience the traditional local village life and culture. Evening we proceed for a Sunset Cruise. Overnight at Kumarakom.

Day 08: Kumarakom - Kovalam (210 kms / 06 hrs)

After an early breakfast we proceed to Kovalam. This most spectacular beach destination (27 kms stretch of pristine beach) is just 12 kms from Trivandrum - the capital city of Kerala . Arrive Kovalam and check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax on the beach. Overnight at Kovalam.

Day 09: Kovalam - Kanyakumari – Kovalam (90 kms / 03 hrs one way)

After an early breakfast we proceed for a full day excursion of Kanyakumari – The end point of India and confluence of three seas ie Bay of Bengal , Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean . Kanyakumari is one of the few locations of the world that offers spectacular views of both Sunrise and Sunset . During this excursion visit the Padmanabhanswamy Temple , Kumari Amman temple, Gandhi Memorial & Swamy Vivekanand Rock Memorial . In the evening we return to Kovalam for overnight stay at Kovalam .

Day 10: Kovalam – Trivandrum

After breakfast proceed to Trivandrum Railway Station / Airport to board the train / flight.
