GENERAL POLICY
BOOKINGS: When making bookings with Adventure Pacific, we would appreciate the following information:
1. CLIENTS NAMES (FITS) OR GROUP NAME.
2. INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FLIGHT DETAILS.
3. ANY SPECIAL MEAL REQUIREMENTS - E.G.JAINS VEGETARIANS.
4. DETAILS OF TOUR AND STANDARD OF ACCOMMODATION RQ'D.
FINAL NAMES: New Zealand hotels require final group names and rooming lists at least 30 days prior to arrival. We are usually able to hold a few extra rooms beyond this date for late booking clients. Final names for FIT clients can be advised up to 1 week prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Adventure Pacific will pass on any cancellation fees levied by New Zealand suppliers as applicable. Please note that New Zealand hotels are very strict in regard to 30 day status - particularly during the high season months of October - April.
PAYMENT: Adventure Pacific would prefer pre-payments of files where possible, however, we will accept payment from your tour escorts or clients on arrival in New Zealand . Please note that our nett costs do not include any commission for your company and we would need to be advised of the additional amount clients will actually pay, which we will hold as credit for your company, to be remitted to you upon request.
